The oral presentations on last day of the conference will be over by 2.30 PM. The participants will also be offered a complementary desert safari at Lehbab desert. It is a 6 hour trip starting at around 3:30 PM. Refer conference schedule for exact timing.

Pick up from Zayed University Convention Centre, Dubai -Lehbab Desert- drop off at Zayed University Convention Centre, Dubai/ Al Ghubaiba Bus Station/ Al Ghubaiba Metro station (Green Line)

Description
Dubai's landscape is mostly formed of sandy desert patterns along with gravel deserts dominating the southern region of the UAE. Its sand is clean, white, and fine consists of crushed shell and coral. Dubai desert safari in the surrounding sandy desert is a thrilling and electrifying experience. The bus will drop the participants at Lehbab Desert . From there, the participants will board into 4x4 wheel drive vehicle usually Toyota Land Cruiser. The desert safari will start with Dune bashing.
Dune Bashing
Dune Bashing is a form of off-roading done on sand dunes in big 4X4 vehicles. It involves driving at varying speeds over red sand dunes and maneuvering the car in such a way as to maintain balance while going up the dune and coming down. Dune bashing is a highly thrilling and adrenaline-pumping activity, that must be done with the utmost care and safety. The SUV's that are used for this adventure sport, are usually fitted with protective gear, like roll cages, and the tyre pressure is significantly reduced to allow for maximum traction against the moving sand.Be prepared to skid, slide and slip all across your seat as you make your way through the golden sands of the desert. Because Desert Safaris are just like roller coaster rides except it's on the sand, it is recommended neither to have heavy meals nor come empty stomach before the desert safari. After dune bashing, one can enjoy the sun set in a desert and stop for photography.

Camel riding
Camel rides are a cliche when it comes to desert tours. Many people love the opportunity to ride camels, and camels remain a favorite transportation mode for Arab citizens as well. So, hop on. The desert safari includes many additional options like quad biking, henna hand painting, taking pictures with the national bird of UAE- Falcon, trying Traditional Arabic Costumes (for men and women) and taking pictures etc.Some activities are free while for others there are reasonable charges.
Entertainment
Once at the camp,enjoy atraditional belly-dance show, tanoura dance show and fire show along with free soft drinks/ tea/ coffee. After the show is over, all will relish a delectable buffet, which includes a wide array of international dishes (vegetarian and non-vegetarian).
