Submission Guide Lines

 

• All abstract must be submitted electronically under the "Submit Abstract" tab on website. After abstract is submitted, a unique ID will be generated.
• All abstracts will undergo peer review by Abstract Review Committee and may be accepted for oral presentation or can be rejected.
• Within 10 days of online submission of abstract, participants shall be given notification of reviewer's acceptance/ rejection, for the conference.
• In case of acceptance, participants need to send the complete manuscript as per the Template to secretaryld@aastconference.org  
  The submitted papers should be in MS Word Format with file extension .doc or .docx. Kindly do not send the full manuscript prior to intimation of acceptance of abstract.
• The participants are required to register by using the unique ID generated after Abstract Submission.
• Registrations allow the submission of one paper per author. Additional Papers by one registered author shall be accommodated for a fee of US$150 per paper.
• Co-authors of any full Registered paper can participate in the conference through joint registration option available (US$850 ).
• The committee will endeavor to schedule papers according to authors preference but reserves the right to decide on the final form of presentation.
• Accepted and registered papers will be published in "International Journal of Innovative Research in Engineering & Multidisciplinary Physical Sciences".
• Presenting your poster on-site: You will be required to be present at your assigned poster space during specific hours of the event. It's your opportunity to provide further explanations and address questions from audience. Dimensions for the posters are 1.5' x 2' (width 1.5 ft and height 2 ft)
• Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment by the registration committee as per the deadline indicated. An email confirming registration will only be sent after receipt of the required fees.
• Maximum of two participants are allowed to register jointly.

Media representatives can register on-site, free of charge, upon presentation of credentials (valid press card or letter of assignment)

Important Instructions
We welcome both short and lengthy submissions. We don't impose a financial penalty on lengthy manuscripts. Each registered author, irrespective of whether he or she submits a formatted manuscript for publication, will receive a Certificate of Participation as Presenter/Listener at the conference site.
